Public profile information

When a title is held, these fields are shown publicly: display name, photo(s), tagline, short bio, skills, website and social links, the title, country and reign dates.

Private information

Your email address is never shown publicly. It is used only to contact you about your claim, your profile, or moderation.

Claim previews and submitted media are stored privately so we can understand interest; they do not create a title.

Reports

When you report content we store the reason, your details, and optionally your email. Reports and reporter information are visible only to the moderation team.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall usage. No analytics provider is active in this build; this page will be updated before one is added.

Payments

Payments are not enabled. If they are enabled, the applicable third-party payment processor or merchant of record and its privacy terms will be identified during checkout; Title Atlas will not store full card details.

Refund and cancellation requests will be handled under the published Refund & Cancellation Policy, applicable consumer law, and the payment processor or merchant-of-record rules.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or remove your profile information. Submitted claim media is kept private and is not displayed as an active title unless the claim is validly fulfilled in the future.
