What Title Atlas is

Title Atlas is a playful entertainment platform where people self-claim digital titles such as “The Most Ambitious” for a country or the world.

Titles are for fun and status only. They are not an objective assessment, ranking or verification of anyone’s intelligence, beauty, strength, professional ability, wealth, or any protected or sensitive characteristic.

Digital status only

Holding a title is a status on this platform only. It gives no real-world legal ownership, authority or rights over any country, place, organisation or person.

When purchases are enabled in the future, a purchase grants the platform title according to the rules in force at that time. A title can end when someone else claims it, when rules change, or when content is removed. We do not promise that any title is permanent.

Prices, refunds and cancellations

Payments are currently disabled and Title Atlas does not process real payments today. If payments are enabled, the displayed price will be $10 for a country title and $25 for a world title, unless clearly changed before purchase.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, applicable consumer law, and the rules of the payment processor or merchant of record.

Your content

You keep ownership of the name, photos, text and links you submit. You give Title Atlas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt for layout, and share that content on the platform and in share previews while it is live.

You confirm you own the content or have permission to use it, and that you are not impersonating anyone.

Not allowed

Impersonation, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, non-consensual imagery, illegal content, scams, malicious links and copyright infringement are prohibited. See the Safety guidelines for details.

Moderation

Anyone can report a profile or content. We may review, hide, edit for display, suspend or remove content and titles that break these terms or the rules, with or without notice.

Accounts

Browsing needs no account. If accounts are introduced, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account.

Disclaimer and liability

Title Atlas is provided “as is” for entertainment, without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or end at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Title Atlas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
