Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations will work for Title Atlas if real payments are enabled.
Current payment status
Payments are currently disabled. Title Atlas does not process real payments today, and no paid title can currently be created through the public website.
When payments are enabled, refunds and cancellations will follow this published policy, applicable consumer law, and the rules of the payment processor or merchant of record.
What a future purchase provides
Title Atlas is a digital entertainment and status service. The displayed price is $10 for a country title and $25 for a world title.
A title is self-claimed status within Title Atlas, not an objective award, real-world right, ownership interest, investment, or financial product. There is no cash prize, payout, resale value, or guaranteed financial return.
Title replacement
A title may later be replaced by another valid claimant under the rules then in effect. Replacement by another claimant is part of the digital service and does not by itself mean that the original service was not delivered.
Title Atlas does not promise that a title will remain active for any minimum period unless a future purchase screen expressly says otherwise.
Cancellation
Before a payment is completed, you may leave the checkout or cancel where the payment processor provides that option. A canceled or failed payment does not create a paid title.
Because a fulfilled title is a digital service that may begin promptly, cancellation rights after fulfillment can depend on your location, any consent collected at checkout, applicable consumer law, and merchant-of-record rules.
Refund requests
Refund requests will be reviewed fairly and are not excluded in all circumstances. A refund may be available where required by law or where, for example, a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred, the purchased service was not delivered, or another material technical error affected fulfillment.
A request may be declined where the service was correctly delivered and no legal refund right applies, including where the only reason is that another valid claimant later replaced the title. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How to request help
Use the Contact page or email the listed contact address. Include enough non-sensitive information to identify the transaction, such as the payment receipt or reference. Do not send full card details.
The payment processor or merchant of record may handle the request directly and may apply its own evidence, timing, and refund procedures alongside applicable law.
